Navigate to https://www.coursera.org/

Click the "Full Name" field.
Enter your full name

Click the "Email" field.
Enter your email address

Click the "Password" field.
Enter your password

Click on the "Join for Free" button.

Select all images with bicycles for verification.

Click on the "Verify" button.
After clicking "Verify" you will be redirected to the homepage, where you'll have full access to your account.
