Navigate to https://drive.google.com/drive/my-drive?

Click on "New"
Select new In the upper left corner of the google drive window.

Click on "Folder Upload".
And locate your file on your computer.

You will now see your "Files".
Your files uploading in the bottom right. When the upload is finished, you may open the file or share it.
