Select the portion of "Text" you want to superscript.

Click on the "Format" to access the text formatting options.

Click on the "Text" from dopdown menu.
And find the superscript option from the dropdown menu

Click on the "Superscript".
Your highlighted text will be altered.

That is all there is to it. But if you want an even quicker way, you can use a keyboard shortcut.

Press "Ctrl + . " and it will do the same thing as navigating through the menus and selecting superscript.
Just use the shortcut again to alternate between superscript and normal
