Navigate to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/

Open a spreadsheet in the google sheets app.

In your spreadsheet, double-tap the "Cell" you want to edit.

Enter your "Data".

To format text, select the text, then choose an option.
The formatting includes Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough, Alignment, Text size, color... etc

To undo or redo your last action while editing or formatting data, go to the top of the screen and tap "Undo or Redo".
