Navigate to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/

Double click on the "Day and time" you'd like to schedule an event.

Type the title of your event in the "Title" field.

Click on the "Start" time if you'd like to change the start time.

Click on the "End" time if you'd like to change the end time.

Select your new end time.

Click the "Add location" field.
Enter the location of your meeting.
