In your event, click on "Add Google Meet video conferencing"
Many calendar applications will have an Add Video Conferencing button (e.g., Add Google Meet, Add Zoom, etc.). Click it, and the system will generate a link for the virtual meeting.

Find the option for adding a "Location" or meeting room.
This could be a dropdown menu where you can select a physical location, or you can manually enter the address of the meeting room if it’s not listed.

Locate the option to "Add attachments".
This is typically represented by a paperclip icon or an Attach button. Click it to upload files from your computer or link to documents stored in cloud services like Google Drive or OneDrive.

Click "Browse" then select the attachment you'd like to attach.

Click the "Save" or "Send" button.
This action will finalize the event and send out the invitations to all attendees. They will receive an email with all the event details.
