Navigate to https://www.canva.com/

Click on "Draw"
Click on draw to make free hand lines.

Select your "Drawing Tools"
Select pen , marker, or highlighter , then select thickness of pen and their colour and then drag the pen to draw.

Click on "Elements"
Click on elements for inserting a lines in your design.

Click the "Search Elements" field.
Search the types of line which you want to use.

Drag the "Line" which you want to use in your Design.
