Go to Google Docs "https://docs.google.com/".

Click on the "Blank Document" icon (with a plus sign) to start a new document.
Alternatively, you can choose a template if you want a pre-designed format.

Click on "Untitled Document" in the top left corner to rename your document.
Enter your desired title and press enter.

You can now start typing and formatting your document using the tools available in the toolbar.
