Start your Excel and open the workbook containing the columns you want to move.

Click on the "Lettered Header" of the column you wish to move.
click and drag across the headers of the columns and select the entire column.

Right click on the selected column and choose "Cut" (to remove and move) or "Copy" (to duplicate and move).

Click on the "Header" of the column where you want to move the selected columns.
This is where the cut or copied columns will be inserted.

Right click the destination "Column" header.
Choose paste (for cut columns) or Paste (for copied columns) from the context menu.

After moving columns, you might need to adjust the "Width" of the columns to fit the data.
Drag the boundary between column headers or double click the boundary to autofit the column width.

Make sure to save your changes by clicking "File > Save" or pressing "Ctrl + S" (Cmd + S on Mac).
