Open your "Document" in Google Docs.

Select the "File" at the top left corner of your Window.

Select "Page Setup" from the Dropdown Menu.

You Will See your "Margins" here Click the "Top" margin field
.
Enter the top margin

Click the "Bottom" margin field.
Enter the bottom margin

Click the "Left" margin field.
Enter the left margin

Click the "Right" margin field.
Enter the right margin

Click "Ok".
Once you have all of your margins set, hit OK to confirm the changes.

Now you will notice that your "Margins" are much smaller. Feel free to tweak the individual margins to get your desired level.
