Navigate to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/?pli=1
Go to the Google spreadsheets

Click Column A.
Click the Top line for Column A and Press ctrl + shift + right to select all columns.

Click the arrow icon.
Click on the arrow icon of last column.

Click on resize column
Select "Resize columns" A-Z.

Click this text field.
Enter the desired column width.

Click "OK"
