Start Excel and open the workbook containing the numbers you want to round.
Find your file in the recent documents or browse to it on your computer.

Click on the "Cell" that contains the number you wish to round.
This is the cell with the numeric value you want to modify.

Click on the "Formula Bar" or directly in the cell, then type of the rounding functions: =ROUND(A1, 2) (rounds to 2 decimal places)
