Navigate to https://access.paylocity.com/Register

Click the "Company ID" field.
Enter the Company ID

Click the "SSN" field.
Enter Social Security Number

Click the "Confirm SSN" field.
Re-Enter Social Security Number

Select "Date of Birth" from dropdown menu.

Click "Continue"
After clicking on continue button, you account will be created.
