Navigate to https://www.linkedin.com/feed/

Click 'Me'.

Click "Settings & Privacy"

Click "Visibility"

Click "Blocking"

To unblock a profile, go to the 'Blocking' section and click 'Unblock' next to the profile you want to restore.

Click "Password" and enter your password to unblock the member.

Click "Unblock member" to lift the block on that member.
